Appointment and virtual consultation
Once you have decided on the treatment with us, we will ask you to fill in our Medical Questionnaire for either Plastic or Weight Loss Surgery. This will enable the surgeon to analyze the treatment and answer any questions you may have. We will aim to have all your questions answered within 48-72 hours. It is imperative that you answer all the questions in the Medical Questionnaire as honestly as possible. Only that way can the treatment be tailored to your exact needs and requirements. Your honest answers will also enable the surgeon to determine any possible risks.
At this point we can offer you a no obligation price quote.
If the result of the Virtual Consultation is positive, the surgeon is satisfied with all the information provided and you have made a decision that the surgery is the right choice for you then you are ready to reserve your place with us.
Upon booking a procedure a deposit of £500 of the total cost is payable. After your booking is taken, and the deposit received, a booking confirmation and balance invoice will be sent to you detailing the total cost due. We will send you personalized details about your surgery, accommodation and flight details, if booked by us. We will also send you our Terms & Conditions. Please take some time to read through all the documents provided.
FLIGHTS, ACCOMODATION AND ARRIVAL IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Return flights are part of the 'All Inclusive' package, which applies to most of our procedures. We book flights with either Ryanair or Wizzair to the following cities in the Czech Republic - Ostrava & Brno.
On the arrival to the Czech Republic you will be greeted by a BodyClinique representative and taken to the arranged accommodation. From the time of your arrival you will have our full attention. BodyClinique representative will look after you making sure your visit is as smooth as possible.
Your BodyClinique representative will accompany you to the clinic and introduce you to the surgeon. You will have your face to face consultation with your surgeon. Every cosmetic surgery procedure is individual to the patient, so this consultation is all about discovering what you hope to achieve from the surgery and also ask any questions you may still have at this point. When all agreed and both parties are satisfied the medical staff at the clinic will make sure you undergo all the necesarry pre-op treatments and that you are fully ready for your operation.
As soon as the tests are evaluated and all is clear for the operation to go ahead, the surgeon performs the surgery. If the procedure requires no overnight stay, you will be transferred to your accommodation soon after the operation; otherwise you will stay at the clinic according to the surgeon’s recommendations. In both cases you will receive a list of postoperative instructions; the doctor will personally and clearly explain how to proceed with these to achieve the best result. BodyClinique representative is also fully available to you througout this stage.
AFTERCARE, RECUPERATION & LEAVING THE CZECH REPUBLIC
Your aftercare is as important as the surgery itself. Following your procedure you will have:
A post-op appointment with the surgeon and/or the clinic nurse.
A review meeting with your surgeon - this is to check on your recovery and to discuss any further aftercare you might require.
Follow-up email consultations with the surgeon upon your arrival back to your home country.
Should you need to return to the hospital/clinic a member of BodyClinique will be there to assist you.
You will be advised on the lenght of time required to stay in the Czech Republic following your surgery. This depends on the exent of the surgery and the healing process. However this is usually between 5-14 days.
Although you will be provided with all the necessary discharge documentation in order to provide to your doctor at home, we will always be available should you experience any unexpected symptoms.

Leaving the Czech Republic
Member of BodyClinique will take you to the airport for your return flight.
