Before the operation The procedure is done under general anaesthesia with 2-3 days of hospitalization. All pre-op checks are required. In patients older than 35 years old lung and hearth scan will also be required. No food or drink is to be consumed at least 8 hours before the surgery.

Procedure Abdominoplasty surgery is done under general anaesthetic and takes approximately two to three hours. After the operation This abdominal surgery normally requires a five night stay at the hospital followed by five to seven day stay at the clinic and period of limited movement and abdominal wall rest.
